Issuance of Industrial Waste Discharge Permit

 

LASA’s regulations [§60-16 (I)(1)] require public notification of the issuance of Industrial Waste Discharge Permits. LASA publishes this notice at www.lasa.org. Any person, including the industrial user, may petition LASA to reconsider the terms of an Industrial Waste Discharge Permit within 30 days of the date of notice of its issuance.
