The project will begin just south of Columbia Ave at Stone Mill rd, heading north to Marietta Ave. LASA has contracted Spiniello Companies to perform the work. Along with the relining of the sewer mains, manhole rehabilitation will also be performed.

Charges and Fees

	Fee	Description
Sewer Service Request	$225	Required escrow deposit payable at time of sewer service request submission. Review will be billed on a time and cost basis. Unexpended escrow deposit funds will be refunded. Additional funds may be required if review exceeds initial escrow deposit.
Development Review	$1000	Required escrow deposit payable at time of preliminary plan submission. Review will be billed on a time and cost basis. Unexpended escrow deposit funds will be refunded. Additional funds may be required if review exceeds initial escrow deposit.
Construction Permit	$1000	The construction permit fee is payable at time of procurement.
Lateral Inspection	$75	The fee for a lateral inspection is payable at the time a connection permit is acquired. If the scheduled inspection should fail or if the inspector is required to perform more than one (1) inspection the additional fee will be as follows: $75.00
Construction Inspection (Per Hour)	$31	The fee for construction inspections will be based on an hourly rate for an Authority Inspector. Mileage will be billed at $0.56 per mile (year 2021). The hourly rate for an authorized representative of the Authority will be based upon then current rate for the representative's firm.
Tapping Fee (Residential)	$3927	Per equivalent dwelling unit
Tapping Fee (Commercial)	$16.50	Per gallon (minimum of 238 gallons)
Connection Fee	$750
