Residential ACH Direct Payments Program
Residential customers may have their bill automatically debited from their bank account. This feature is not available to commercial/industrial customers.
Download the “Authorization for Direct Payment” form (PDF) if you wish to have your bill automatically paid from your bank’s checking or savings account. The Authorization Agreement must be received by the 25th day of the month before the month in which you would like to begin Direct Payment.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot make changes to your Direct Payment information by logging into your online account and entering the information under your “Account Profile” > “Your Saved Payment Methods” tab. This tab is only for the convenience of storing your credit card and/or checking account information in order for you to make online payments and does not initiate an automatic debit from your account.

There is no fee for paying your bill online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or ACH.

Quick Payment
If you do not wish to setup an online account or are making a one-time payment, use the “Quick Payment” link below. You will need your nine-digit account number and a credit card.

You can mail your payment to the address listed below. Prompt payment of your bill will avoid any late fees assessed.
