There is no fee for paying your bill online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or ACH.

Residential ACH Direct Payments Program

Residential customers may have their bill automatically debited from their bank account. This feature is not available to commercial/industrial customers.  

Download the appropriate “Authorization for Direct Payment” form below if you wish to have your bill automatically paid from your bank’s checking or savings account. 

Deliver the form by mail or in person to the addresses below. ACH Forms are not accepted electronically, and LASA will not request them. 

Once enrolled, you must contact Customer Service to make changes or stop automated ACH payments – no changes can be made online. Any updates made to your account online will not affect automated ACH payments.

You can mail your payment to the address listed below. Prompt payment of your bill will avoid any late fees assessed.
