Act 90 of 2011 subjected the bidding thresholds to an annual escalator. The results of the annual escalation of the thresholds will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin by the Department of Labor and Industry prior to January 1 of each year.

Written or telephone price quotes (Quote Threshold) – In excess of $10,700 but less than $19,700
