    Phase #4 Little Lower Conestoga River Interceptor Relining Project

The project will begin just south of Columbia Ave at Stone Mill rd, heading north to Marietta Ave. LASA has contracted Spiniello Companies to perform the work. Along with the relining of the sewer mains, manhole rehabilitation will also be performed.

Sewer Inspections

ALL RESIDENTIAL SERVICE LATERAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICE LATERAL INSPECTIONS will be performed by Lancaster Area Sewer Authority (LASA). To schedule an inspection , contact LASA. (See contact information and instructions below). All initial residential inspections will be covered by the $75.00 inspection fee paid with the connection permit fee. Any follow-up inspections required will be an additional $75.00 payable directly to LASA. All initial grinder pump inspections will be covered by the $150.00 inspection fee paid with the connection permit fee. Any follow-up inspections required will be an additional $150.00 payable directly to LASA.

All inspection fees are to be paid prior to, or at the time of inspection. 

All commercial inspections will be charged a fee based upon the then current hourly rate for an Authority inspector. Mileage will be billed at the current maximum allowable rate per mile as established by the IRS. The commercial inspection fees will be deducted from the construction escrow account.

To schedule an inspection please call between the hours of 6:30 am & 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You must call 24 hours in advance to schedule an inspection. Properties located in Manheim Township will be scheduled to be inspected during morning hours. All other properties will be scheduled to be inspected during afternoon hours. You will be asked to provide the sewer permit number, project address, your name and your phone number. You will then be given a time frame for the inspection.
