Listed below are the bill payment options available to our customers:

Direct Payment: Residential customers may have their bill automatically debited from their bank account. This feature is not available to commercial/industrial customers.

You may download the “Authorization for Direct Payment” form (PDF) if you wish to have your bill automatically paid from your bank’s checking or savings account. The Authorization Agreement must be received by the 25th day of the month before the month in which you would like to begin Direct Payment.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot make changes to your Direct Payment information by logging into your online account and entering the information under your “Account Profile” > “Your Saved Payment Methods” tab. This tab is only for the convenience of storing your credit card and/or checking account information in order for you to make online payments and does not initiate an automatic debit from your account.

If you are a residential customer of Lancaster Area Sewer Authority and your service is located in Manheim Township or Columbia Borough, use this link to download the form.

If you are a residential customer of Lancaster Area Sewer Authority and your service is located in Mountville Borough, East Petersburg Borough, East Hempfield Township, Lancaster Township, Manor Township, or West Hempfield Township, use this link to download the form.

Online: If you would like to setup your online account, or if you have already setup your account and wish to view your account balance and/or pay your bill, please click the link below. There is no fee for paying your bill online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or electronic check.

You must use your 9-digit account number to set-up an online account or to pay with the “Quick Payment” tab. If you have not received a bill or statement from LASA since February 1, 2014, but would like to know your new nine digit account number, please call customer service at (717)-299-4843 Option 1. You will need to verify your name, address and old account number to access your new account number. Should you have any questions, you may email cservice@lasa.org.

In Person: You are welcome to stop by our office and make a payment in person. The office is open between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. For your convenience, there is a secured drop box located to the left of our front door entrance in which you may drop your sewer payment after hours.
