 Route 441 Delays

As part of our capital planning to improve sewer service for Columbia Borough, the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority has installed a pipeline on Rte. 441 between Columbia Borough and Washington Boro. The paving restoration work started at the end of May 2018 and will continue daily weather permitting through the month of June 2018. The road will be fully restored to the satisfaction of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation with a State Inspector on site daily during paving operations. The Authority will also restore any yards and driveways damaged during construction. The Authority has contracted Doli Construction Corporation of Chalfont, PA. to install the pipeline. We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this project may cause. If you have any questions or concerns please call Albert Knepp Jr. at 717-344-5831 or Scot Fertich at 717-344-5830.
